For Online Purchases
If you are dissatisfied with our software for any reason, please contact our 123 Support Team through our support page at 123copydvd.com/support within 7 days of your purchase, and we will issue you a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that you must include your License ID, Customer or Order ID.
For Retail Purchases
If you are dissatisfied with our software that you bought from any of our retail partners, you must mail a photocopy of the receipt and the original CD with the License ID that you purchased within 15 business days of purchase and we will issue you a full refund of the purchase price. Any returns not post marked within 15 days of the purchase date on the receipt will not be honored. All retail refunds will be made in check form. Mail returns take 6-8 weeks to process.
